• We recommend consulting provided size charts and item notes in order form for accurate fit guidance.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order, even after confirmation, if we encounter issues such as product availability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 Pricing & Payment Methods

• All rates are listed in INR (Indian Rupees), unless indicated otherwise. Maram’s may amend pricing without prior notice.

• We accept payment via UPI, major credit/debit cards, or Cash on Delivery, when offered.

• For your security, payment processing is encrypted. Maram’s does not retain your card or bank details.

Orders, Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched across India and to international addresses. Shipping fees and timeframes will be specified to you in whatsapp once you place the order with us.

• All outfits will take min 25-30 working days from the date of order placement. 

• International customers assume responsibility for any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges at delivery.

• Shipping charges and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the products ordered.

• We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.​

No Returns & Exchanges once orders are placed

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
